Conclusion

Conclusion:

The Aopen card has some nice extra features, like the ViVo and DVI connectors. These extra's are welcome and do their job, nothing more. When looking at the benchmarks, you can see the TI 4200 was worth the wait. For a card that costs 275 euros ($260) or even less, it does its job more than well. You can play any current game at 1280x960 with 2xAA, not too bad eh? About overclocking , don't expect too much, but it gives a certain improvement. Same goes for the 128mb's : it will do better than a 64 card, but not much. Maybe in the future the extra memory will help the card from being helplessly outdated, maybe not... The title of "insane overclock0r" isn't for this card. If this is a con : decide for yourself!

So, to sum things up : the TI 4200 is the best budget card ever seen. Aopen can make graphic cards, and tough they aren't the fastest and don't have an insane amount of features, they give the performance that you expect of any TI 4200 card. When you want the best, most impressive card there is, when you want to overclock like a madman : might I suggest a Gainward card? When you're an average user, i.e. someone that just wants nice 2D and 3D performance, and games that run smooth, this card rocks. Buy it.
