Packaging, A Closer Look

In this article we will concentrate our attention upon another RAM kit from Neo Forza, but a non-RGB version taking part of the Faye series. Faye kits are available in a lot of configurations, with speeds starting up from DDR4-3000 and up to an impressive DDR4-5000, while the capacities range from 8GB and up to 64GB.

Our sample comes with a total of 64GB (2x32GB sticks), the operating frequency is DDR4-4000 while the CAS latency is 19. For compatibility purposes, Neo Forza has also included a secondary XMP 2.0 profile at 3200MHz, in case the initial one fails to load due to motherboard compatibility issues or a weak memory controller.

The kit does arrive inside a transparent plastic enclosure, which allows the potential customer to look at the product before buying:

On the back side, Neo Forza has included a small product description but also a sticker with the product serial number:

The two-module kit comes with integrated heatspreaders and even if RGB effects are not available, they are made to fit properly with most gaming motherboards in terms of color scheme:

The design of the heatspreader does represent an eagle spreading its wings:

In the middle, the Neo Forza logo is cleverly fit inside a triangle:

The wings have silver accents on a black background:
