Not long ago we have reviewed the iCUE QL140 RGB 140mm PWM black fans from CORSAIR, which were able to deliver good performance and quite an impressive light show. In this showcase article, we will look again on this fan model, but this time the white version, which was launched more recently in February of 2020. If you have an all-white case, a black case with white accents or the other way around, white fans do really look nice and are highlighted even better inside your build.
As before, we will conduct our presentation inside the CORSAIR Graphite760T White Edition case; this time, we have received the five fans as follows:
-three single packs of one fan each
-one pack with two fans, including the Lighting Node CORE
The packaging does not differ a lot versus the black version, but this time we will get a view of the white revision of it, right on the frontal area. The 140mm version of the fans were designed to run at low RPM speeds (up to 1250), maintaining a silent working environment:
On the side of the box, we will be able to spot a “Super Chilled” CORSAIR saying:
Additional fan views will be provided as well:
On the bottom area of the box, CORSAIR does list the internal contents as drawings, but we’ll also notice the sticker with the product internal code name and serial number:
On the back, the manufacturer has listed more in-depth technical specifications, but also some of the main product highlights, in different languages:
The box interior is split into three compartments, two of which do contain the fans themselves, but also a separate one with the accessories and documentation:
The hardware bundle consists of the fan mounting screws, along with the Lighting Node CORE:
