Creative has recently launched a new series of “Stage” products; the Stage Air is more compact, for use under the monitor and for portability reasons it is also fitted with a 6-hour rechargeable battery. Creative Stage is composed of a larger soundbar and includes a subwoofer, for even more immersive bass.
The product is shipped inside a mid-sized cardboard enclosure, featuring a refreshed box art; the manufacturer is displaying the intended usage scenario for the product here:
Moving on, we will get to see the supported audio interfaces, but also learn about its battery life and the peak power:
A more detailed specification list can be also found on the packaging:
Besides some interior foam material, the soundbar comes protected in a transparent plastic bag; with it, the manufacturer has also included some documentation, along with connectivity cables:
Creative ships Stage Air with an analog Stereo cable, an USB cable for charging purposes, a Quick Guide but also a leaflet that redirects the user to more online resources:
Inside the manual, we are explained not only the product components, but also how to operate Stage Air in each mode (Aux-in, Bluetooth, USB):
The product does measure 410 x 78 x 70mm and features a stylish design with a shiny black plastic chassis; given its dimensions, it should fit perfectly on all computer desks or even in the living room, without maximizing cable clutter:
Under the black metallic mesh, the product includes two 5W custom-tuned full-range drivers and a large, central passive radiator for a nice bass response:
Under the unit we will find two rubber feet; these help avoid sending vibrations on the surface the product will stay on:
