The CHERRY MW 2310 was clearly not thought for high-end gamers, but occasional gaming and plenty of office work is fully doable; we get an infrared sensor which resolution up to 2000 DPI, wireless 2.4GHz technology, incredible battery life, the possibility to use the product with only one battery at a time, symmetrical design for ambidextrous usage but also two programmable buttons via the supplied software.

The Software Utility

If we do pay attention to the written instructions, we will learn that additional software can be downloaded from the CHERRY website; this one is named KeyMan and works with both their mouse and keyboard series. For the mouse, we can assign quite a bit of functions like Run a specific program, Open a file/folder, Open a webpage, access System Management and more:

 

 

 

 

By accessing the Configuration tab, we can Import/Export the software configuration, Restore the default assignments and also some other actions:

 

 

 

The Options area does allow for even more configuration options:
