In the box and up close

The bookstyle cover arrived a unmarked cardboard box, inside we find the custom printer case and a 10% reduction code (for your next purchase).

The finish and print quality is pretty high end and contrast between the colors is immediately visible, the attention to detail was a nice surprise. Of course the quality of the printed photo and logos on the cover also dependent the resolution of the source material, so make sure to use high resolution images when designing the case.

Our website url is clearly readable, despite the small font and text size, the slogan has a much bigger font size and is not hard to see. We did notice a small misprint, a double quotation mark (") instead of a single (') for the doesn't.

The inside is covered with a very soft leather-like finish, to ensure the cover doesn't scratch your smartphone screen. The cover is held shut with a small magnet inside the clip. The black plastic case is also made from soft plastic and is smooth to the touch. Fitting the iPhone 5S inside was a piece of cake.

The top cover has a build in pouch and can hold a few bank cards. The iPhone buttons are readily accessible but the volume buttons are hidden when you close the cover; this does protect them from accidentally being hit, but also makes it impossible to use. This is not necessarily a design fault, as the volume buttons between brands and models do tend to change position, in the case of the iPhone 5S it's not ideal.
