By switching to MLC NAND, the MX-LX USB 3.0 flash drives offer quite a lot of storage capacity at affordable prices while keeping the footprint to a minimum.The drive can be acquired from the well-established CaseKing.de for about 68.9 Euros in two color variants: blue and metallic grey.
The MX-LX USB 3.0 Flash Drive from MX Technology comes packed inside a simple plastic/cardboard enclosure and through the small window we will be able to see how the product does look like without unsealing the packaging:
On the back side we will get to see a small product description along with the main technical specifications:
Despite the huge storage space the most expensive model can house (256GB), the chassis has very small dimensions and we are seeing a combination between aluminum and plastic:
The back side of the chassis is made from semi-transparent plastic so the activity LED would be more visible:
The frontal connector is protected with a small cap:
By switching the drive on the other side we will be able to see the web address of the manufacturer:
After removing the protective cover, we will be able to attach it in the back side of the unit, so we won’t lose it:
