Eagle Tech is a relatively new name to most of us. It is by far a new company, established in 1992 it associates a name that we are familiar with Sky Hawk Power supply proudly introduced at our previous review. External Hard-drive enclosures are gaining popularity as users find themselves running out of space and in need of more when most OEM PCs may not provide enough room to mount another hard drive internally. I believe the main attraction is that it facilitates inexperienced users to bring in their mounted external hard-drive enclosure for repair or help. It sure beats bringing in the PC. Today, we have two enclosures from Eagle Tech T-Series and M-Series new product line. Consus T-Series   The retail box looks pretty; manufacturers in China have really improved on corrugate and chipboard graphic in recent years. The T-series is made of plastic inter-base and metal casing. The model for today is SATA/IDE to USB.    Consus M-Series    The M-Series uses perforated aluminum casing, and it can be mounted vertically using the provided stand or horizontally with small rubber feet on one side.
