Their latest creation merges 5 copper heatsinks into a large base, cooled by a low noise 120mm fan the large collection of aluminum fins will help keep your CPU running cool.  Specifications: Compatibility:  In the box: A small tube of thermal paste, a 120mm fan, a detailed installation manual and collection of mounting gear Heatsink+Fan Dimensions (mm): 125 (L) x 116 (W) x 160mm (H) Weight (with fan): 960 gram 120mm fan specs: - 120 x 120 x 25mm - 1200rpm - 23.5dBA - 46.5CFM It's the same fan that is included with the Scythe Ninja Plus. Up close : The Infinity is huge, there is no doubt about that, it ranks among the heaviest heatsinks I’ve tested to date. The aluminum fins are intertwined to provide maximum surface area for the 120mm fan to blow over, without increasing the weight/material used:  The base is very smooth and quite large; the smaller heatsink sitting on the back of the base serves also as the mounting connection for the different “plug-ins” depending on the CPU platform.
