Supplied by: Bacata Before my holiday I took a closer look at the Ultra-90 from Thermalright, today I test its bigger brother, the Ultra-120. Made to fit 120mm fans it?s the high-end heatsink which tightly packed fins.  Specifications: Compatibility:  In the box: A large tube of thermal paste, mounting screws for AMD/Intel, fan clips and rubber strips, manual and stickers. Heatsink Dimensions: L63.5 x W132 x H160.5 mm Weight (without fan): 745 gram Up close :  The Ultra-120 is higher and wider than its smaller brother, but hardly deeper, the fins are slightly bend downwards at one end, and upwards at the other, most likely to increase air pressure on the aluminum fins and thus increase the heat dissipation.
